Burajan Kardesim gercekten Yardimlarin icin Cok Tesekkürler ama yinede olmuyo demin tüm güncellemelri yükledim belki bir degisiklik olur diye ama malesef yine olmadi hala yeni duyuru eklemek istedigimde tekrar basa geri geliyor valla anlamis degilim bir türlü icinden cikamadim neden olmadigini bilemiyorum.....

Arkadaşlar bu sorunun sebebi Duyuru' yu adminden başka birisinin eklemeye yetkisi olmamasından kaynaklanıyor. Aynı şeyi bende yaşadım. Bunu kontrol etmenin yolu :

config dosyasını notepad ile açın, aşagıdaki kod satırlarını bulun.

sizdeki de bu şekilde olmalı. Bu arada bir dipnot daha vereyim. Sitede başka bir admin yetkisine sahip birisi daha varsa onu da burada belirtmelisiniz. yani bu satır şöyle olmalı :
